WinSnap v3.0.8 - supports Windows 7 RC and Beta
I'm happy to announce that WinSnap v3.0.8 is available for download now. This is the first version of WinSnap that officially supports the upcoming Windows 7.

WinSnap v3.0.8 supports both styles. If you are using WinSnap Portable Edition, it will automatically switch between them on Vista and Windows 7.
- "Clear window background" now works for maximized windows too:

WindowSpace v2.0.3 Beta - now UAC compatible
This beta is the first WindowSpace 2.x release that runs with "UI Access" integrity level on Windows Vista. Now the most popular WindowSpace features (snapping, snap-to-side, menu extensions, etc) must work for all applications including those that are always running with administrative privileges. Registry Editor (regedit.exe) is one of them.
Changelog for v2.0.3:
- Now WS runs with "UI Access" integrity level under Vista (UAC compatible)
- "Roll Up" command added to Right-Click and Middle-Click mouse actions
- Several improvements on Snap-To-Side and Snap-To-Corner animation

WindowSpace v2.0.2 Beta - 64-bit + new features
This beta introduces some significant core improvements which should increase the work stability and system reliability. I invite everyone to test WindowSpace v2.0 Beta on as wide variety of system configurations as possible.
- Snap-To-Corners (currently it is called "Move window to one fourth of the screen when touching the edge corners", Settings -> Moving & Resizing page)
As for "Snap-To-Side" and "Maximize Vertically", unsnapping window from the edge restores its original size.

WinSnap v3.0.7 released
A new minor version of WinSnap has been released today, changelog:
- New translations: Danish, Italian, Hungarian, Slovak, Slovenian, Chinese (Simplified)
- Added %TITLE% and %CLASS% variables for image file names
- Move the selection rectangle in Region mode using ALT + Arrow Keys
- Fixed a few issues with region capture mode when monitor #2 is on the left
- Fixed a minor issue with keyboard shortcuts when a modal dialog is open
- Some other minor improvements and bug fixes

WindowSpace v2.0 Beta - 2 Times Better ;-)
I am glad to inform you that WindowSpace v2.0 Beta is ready for tests. Here is the list of the most noticeable improvements:
- Snap-To-Side (similar to the new Aero Snap feature in Windows 7)
Resizing to the edge:
Unsnapping window from the edge, restores its original size. As in the previous version of WindowSpace, you can also right-click the Maximize button to do this.
- Roll Up / Unroll windows
- Updated menu commands
- 20+ hotkeys to manage windows
- Snap windows to grid lines

WinSnap 3.0.5 released
A new minor version of WinSnap has been released today, changelog:
- New translations: German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Arabic, Russian
- Added ability to resize the right pane (New Snapshot button)
- Hold down CTRL in the Full Screen mode to capture multiple monitors
- English is the first language in the list now (General page)
- Fixed an issue with updating the capture mode when using hotkeys
- Fixed a minor issue with menu accelerator keys

WinSnap v3.0.4 - Multilingual User Interface
The first stable version of WinSnap 3.0 has been released today! Now it supports third-party language files. Portable and U3 Editions are also available for download.

WinSnap 3.0.3 (beta) released
A new beta version of WinSnap has been released today. This is probably the latest beta before version 3.0 goes gold. Most important updates:
- Support of 256-color images (8bpp, indexed format)
Now you can save your screenshots in PNG-8 format - smaller size, optimized color palette, better for web.
- Post-save action, run a command or batch file after saving image on disk
You can use this option to run PNGOUT or PNGCRUSH to make your PNG images 10-20% smaller in size (see PNGOUT + Hstart for more information).
- Several other enhancements in the user interface
Left-click this arrow under preview area to open the image menu (or right-click the main window somewhere).
