Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Presentation Remote application (the "Application") for Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows, provided by NTWIND LLC ("NTWIND", "we", or "us").

1. How the Application Works

Presentation Remote is a local-network presentation app. It does not require an account, use advertising or tracking SDKs, or operate a cloud service to upload or relay your presentations. Your devices communicate directly over a local network. We do not receive your presentation content through the Application unless you choose to send it to us, such as in a support request.

2. Information Used on Your Devices

Depending on the features you use, the Application may access, generate, and store the following information on your devices:

We use this information in the Application to find and pair devices, prepare and display slides, synchronize controls, restore selections, and troubleshoot problems. Source paths, bookmarks, managed filenames, photo asset identifiers, converter commands, native error details, and temporary paths stay on the device that owns them and are not included in presentation network messages.

3. Photo Library and File Access

On Android and iOS, you can choose individual images or local albums from the system photo library. Whole-album selection may require access to all photos. Cloud-backed items may need to be downloaded by the operating system or photo provider before they can be used. Files selected on mobile are copied into the Application's managed local source store; deleting a Recent entry does not delete the original file or photo.

On Mac and Windows, you select files from your computer. The Application may retain local references needed to reopen them, including a security-scoped bookmark on macOS. The Application does not provide a remote browser for arbitrary files on another device.

4. Local Network Transfer and Temporary Files

Remote presentations require approved pairing. Communication between paired devices uses encrypted local connections and temporary session authorization. The receiver accepts selected source bytes and prepares slides for the active presentation. Android and iOS receivers handle images and PDFs; Mac and Windows receivers can additionally convert supported Office and OpenDocument files when Microsoft Office or LibreOffice is available.

The receiver stages uploaded sources, converted PDFs, and generated renditions in an app-owned temporary session directory. The Application removes that session data when the show ends, is cancelled, or fails, and checks for abandoned session directories when it starts. The sender may keep a bounded local image rendition cache, managed source copies, and optional Recent records for later use. Operating systems and third-party software used for file selection or conversion may maintain their own caches or temporary data under their own controls.

5. Sharing and Third-Party Services

Selected presentation content and state are shared only with the paired devices participating in a show as needed for the feature you request. We do not sell personal information or share local presentation data with advertisers or data brokers.

The Application may be distributed through app stores. Your operating system, photo-library provider, cloud-backed photo provider, document converter, router, or network administrator may process information according to its own settings and policies. Visiting NTWIND websites, downloading the Application, or contacting support can involve ordinary website, email, or hosting providers.

6. Support Requests

If you contact us, you may choose to send your email address, screenshots, logs, device details, or other information. Support materials can contain source names, device names, local addresses, or other details visible to you. We use them to respond to your request and maintain support records. Do not send presentation content or sensitive logs unless needed for your request.

7. Retention and Your Choices

You can clear the working selection, disable Save to Recent, delete Recent entries, remove paired devices, change receiver-local permissions, clear Application data, or uninstall the Application. Recent retains source references and a cover on the sender; it does not retain a finished presentation. Removing a paired device on one device does not automatically remove the separate record on the other device. Uninstalling removes local Application data according to your operating system's behavior.

Support correspondence is kept as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, maintain records, protect against abuse, or meet legal obligations.

8. Security and Children's Privacy

Pair only devices you own or trust, review permissions on each receiver, and use networks you trust. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Application.

9. International Processing

If you visit our website, download the Application, use platform services, or contact support, information related to those activities may be processed in countries where we or those service providers operate, subject to applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact
