- Your Phone Is the Remote: Present on a Windows PC or Mac and control the slides from your Android phone or iPhone. Go forward or back, or tap a thumbnail to jump straight to the slide you need.
- Make the Most of a Bigger Screen: Show your presentation on a computer display or a connected monitor or projector. On desktop, move the app window to your chosen display before entering fullscreen.
- PDFs, Photos, and Documents: Combine PDFs and images in one presentation. Mac and Windows can also convert supported PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and OpenDocument files when a compatible Microsoft Office or LibreOffice installation is available.
- Your Files, Your Order: Add individual photos or whole local albums on mobile, or choose image and document files. Reorder your selection, remove items, and switch between list and grid views.
- Keep the Audience Focused: Blank the display in black or white during a discussion, then return to your slides. Choose Slide, Fade, Zoom, Wipe, or no transition.
- Keep Track of Time: View elapsed slide or presentation time on your phone's controller screen. The timer stays off the audience's screen, and you decide when to advance.
- Ready to Present Again: Save selections to Recent, then restore, rename, pin, filter, or combine them for your next presentation.
- Direct Local Connection: Pair trusted devices and send your presentation over encrypted local connections. Each receiving device decides who may start and control a show.

User Interface Design
The UI of Presentation Remote is organized into three main tabs, each focused on one part of your presentation workflow:
- Present Tab: Add and arrange files, choose Fullscreen and Save to Recent in Quick Options, and select the screen where you want to present.
- Recent Tab: Find and reuse saved selections. Restore one to Present, rename or pin favorites, filter by destination, or combine selections for a new show.
- Devices Tab: Pair and manage nearby devices, give them recognizable names, and choose who can start or control presentations on each device.
Images and PDFs work on every supported device. Mac and Windows receivers can also convert PPT, DOC, XLS, ODP, ODT, and ODS files using compatible Microsoft Office or LibreOffice software. RTF requires LibreOffice. The converter must be installed separately on the receiving computer; images and PDFs need no Office software.
Documents are shown as static slides inside Presentation Remote. PowerPoint animations, embedded audio or video, and automatic slide advance are not supported. Export a document to PDF first if you want to present it without a document converter. From a meeting room to a classroom, Presentation Remote keeps your slides where everyone can see them and the controls close at hand.
