Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the PromptSense application (the "Application") for desktop computers and mobile devices, created by NTWIND LLC ("NTWIND", "we", "us", or "Service Provider").

1. Information We Collect and Use

PromptSense can be used locally without an account, or with optional account-based cloud sync.

Offline Use

If you use the Application without creating an account, your prompts, categories, and app settings are stored locally on your device. We do not receive, store, or access this local-only content.

Account and Cloud Sync

If you create an account or sign in to use cloud sync, we collect and process the information needed to provide that service:

We use this information to authenticate your account, sync your content across your devices, provide Pro features, restore access to your data, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, and respond to support requests.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

PromptSense offers premium features through monthly and yearly subscriptions.

We use RevenueCat to manage and validate subscription entitlements. We do not collect, process, or store your full credit card number or full payment credentials. Payment providers and app stores may provide us with subscription status, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, renewal status, country/region, and other purchase metadata needed to provide and support your subscription.

3. Third-Party Services

We use third-party service providers to operate the Application. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services to us and are expected to protect user data according to their own privacy commitments and applicable law.

The Application does not use third-party advertising SDKs. We do not sell personal information.

4. Data Sharing

We share personal data only as needed to provide and protect the Application, including with the service providers listed above, or when required by law, legal process, security, fraud prevention, or enforcement of our rights. We do not share your synced prompt content with other users unless you choose to export, copy, or send it outside the Application.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local-only data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the Application data, or uninstall the Application.

For cloud sync accounts, we retain account information, synced content, entitlement records, and related operational records while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

You can delete your account and associated synced content from within the Application settings. You can also request account deletion outside the Application by contacting us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account from active systems, except where retention is required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Uninstalling the Application removes local app data from your device according to your operating system's uninstall behavior, but uninstalling does not automatically cancel an active Apple, Google Play, or PayPro Global subscription. Subscriptions must be managed through the platform or reseller where they were purchased.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transport for network communications and security controls provided by our backend infrastructure. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] so we can take appropriate action.

8. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States or other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Application, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in those locations, subject to applicable law.

9. Your Choices

You may use PromptSense without an account for local-only storage. You may stop cloud sync by signing out or deleting your account. You may manage app store subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account, and PayPro Global subscriptions through PayPro Global's customer tools.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Application after the updated Privacy Policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
