PromptSense Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your synced online data, request deletion of your PromptSense account, and delete associated data. PromptSense is provided by NTWIND LLC.

Delete Data or Account In the App

If you can access the app, you can delete your online data or your full account directly from PromptSense settings. Open Settings > Backup & Restore > Delete all data, then choose:

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request online data deletion or account deletion by emailing us at [email protected] from the email address associated with your PromptSense account.

Please include the subject line: PromptSense Data Deletion Request or PromptSense Account Deletion Request, depending on what you want deleted.

Data Deleted

When your PromptSense account is deleted, we delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account from active systems, including:

Data We May Retain

We may retain limited records where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution, or subscription-management purposes. For example, payment processors, app stores, or subscription services may retain transaction records according to their own legal and business requirements.

Subscriptions

Deleting your PromptSense account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased them, such as Google Play, Apple App Store, or PayPro Global.

Processing Time

We aim to process account deletion requests within a reasonable time after verifying that the request comes from the account owner.
