Established to publish advanced software projects, NTWind Software is the brainchild of Alexander Avdonin. The strategy of NTWind Software is to provide quality and practical software, based on:

- Development and optimization for Windows 2000/XP/Vista, with best experience on P4 and newer processors.
- Multilingual user interfaces with full Unicode support.
