If you are running Windows 2000, you need GDI+ installed to use WinSnap. GDI+ is included to Windows XP and to the most Microsoft's products (such as MS Office). You can download GDI+ from Microsoft Download Center or from here:

WinSnap Portable Edition

It is a special edition of WinSnap designed to run it from a removable media (USB flash drive, iPod/MP3 player, network share, etc). Simply extract the content of one of the following archives:

* download this version if you will run WinSnap on Windows 2000 (not required for XP)
